Last week, Front Row heralded ESPN.com’s launching of Kenny Mayne’s Wider World of Sports, an homage to ABC’s classic Wide World of Sports.
The weekly series chronicles Mayne’s sporting adventures in six countries on five continents.
The webisode debuting today focuses on his crew’s visit to England. In the video above, Mayne and his producer Matt Doyle give some background on what inspired the idea of the series and their visit to the Lion’s Den, home of the Millwall Football Club and some of the world’s rowdiest soccer fans.
