Bump and Run: Ryan Leaf

In the 1998 NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts took Tennessee quarterback Peyton Manning with the first overall pick.

With the second overall pick, the San Diego Chargers took Washington State quarterback Ryan Leaf.
