This week, Street League Skateboard star and X Games athlete Nyjah Huston stopped by ESPN’s Bristol, Conn. campus for the “Car Wash” series of interviews.

Next week he’ll be in Germany, one of hundreds of athletes competing in X Games Munich from Thursday, June 27 through Sunday, June 30. X Games Munich will air on multiple ESPN platforms.

Huston, 18, has been skateboarding since the age of five and made his first X Games appearance in 2006 at just 11. He has won seven X Games medals, four of them gold. Huston won two of those gold medals this year at X Games Barcelona and X Games Foz do Iguaçu.

In the video above, Huston talks about — among other things — which X Games sport he would compete in if he wasn’t a skateboarder; his favorite X Games athletes; and his suggestions for new Global X sites.
