This past weekend, College GameDay analyst Desmond Howard had his jersey retired by his alma mater, the University of Michigan.
"It was an unbelievable honor to have my jersey number retired and to have my collegiate career recognized alongside those of other Michigan greats like President Gerald Ford and Tom Harmon. Michigan did an outstanding job of making the weekend a memorable experience for me, my family and close friends who were there to share in the moment. The University of Michigan will always hold a special place in my heart and I'm humbled to now be forever tied to the rich history of its storied football program." - Desmond Howard
