Fan Central Mailbag: “Reverse mirror” 101; Subway Series; WSOP and more

Welcome to another edition of the Fan Central mailbag. Before we get to your questions, here are a few quick programming reminders:

• ESPN is packed with exciting college football action this weekend. A quick reminder about how “reverse mirror” games work to get you prepared for tomorrow’s Nebraska versus Miami and Northern Illinois versus Ohio State games (3:30 p.m. ET, ABC/ESPN2). Depending on where you live (see coverage maps below), one game will be shown on ABC and one game will be shown on ESPN2.

This weekend’s Austin Peay versus Vanderbilt game at 4 p.m. can be seen on the SEC Network’s alternate channel. Please visit the SEC Network channel finder to see what channel the network is on via your provider. And don’t forget, every game is available on WatchESPN to customers who subscribe to an affiliated SEC Network provider.

ESPN’s coverage of the WNBA Playoffs continues Sunday (1 p.m., ESPN2) with an Eastern Conference semifinals matchup between the New York Liberty and Washington Mystics.

• The “Subway Series” returns to Sunday Night Baseball this weekend as the New York Mets host the New York Yankees (8 p.m.)

• Finally, this week’s Monday Night Football matchup features the Indianapolis Colts hosting the New York Jets (8:15 p.m., ESPN)

When will ESPN begin its World Series of Poker coverage? — John
ESPN’s coverage of the 2015 World Series of Poker (WSOP) began in August and is currently running weekly through November on ESPN and ESPN2. You can watch the next scheduled event on Monday (8 p.m., ESPN2). This year’s coverage concludes with a new three-day live final table format November 8-10 across ESPN and ESPN2. View full schedule. Will ESPN air 2015 FIBA Eurobasket games? — Alessandro
Yes. ESPN’s coverage of the FIBA Eurobasket tournament continues today and throughout the weekend on ESPN3. ESPN2 will air the FIBA Eurobasket Final Sunday at 1 p.m.
