ESPN Senior Vice President honored at “Wonder Women” awards

ESPN reporter Shelley Smith hosts the 18th annual Wonder Women gala luncheon.

On March 10th, ESPN’s senior vice president of Multimedia Sales Patricia Betron was honored at Multichannel News’s 18th annual Wonder Women gala luncheon. The event, which recognized female executives at the forefront of the cable industry, was held at the Hilton New York and co-hosted by the New York chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications.

ESPN’s reporter Shelley Smith was one of the hosts of the luncheon alongside ABC’s “Shark Tank” host Lori Greiner and Egypt Sherrod, host of HGTV’s “Flipping Virgins.” Smith introduced and handed the award to four of the honorees, including Betron.
