In the video above, ESPN commentators Mike Breen and Doris Burke welcome TNT sideline reporter Craig Sager to coverage of the 2016 NBA Finals on ABC. Sager, who was diagnosed with leukemia in 2014, will be part of the Game 6 coverage of the Golden State Warriors at Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday (9 p.m. ET).
On July 13, Sager will be honored with the Jimmy V Perseverance Award at The 2016 ESPYS presented by Capital One on ABC.
Burke and Breen are just two of many ESPN colleagues supporting Sager, pictured with ESPN’s Andy Katz in the first tweet below, in his fight with cancer.
