SportsCenter anchors and various “A Different World” cast members celebrate the shoot
SC6’s Michael Smith and Jemele Hill are showing off their acting chops once again. This time, the duo spoofs “A Different World,” a sitcom spinoff of “The Cosby Show” that ran on NBC from 1987-1993.
The SC6 tribute mirrors “World’s” opening credits sequence from Seasons 2-5 with surprise cameos from stars of the original show including Sinbad, Dawnn Lewis, Glynn Turman and Darryl Bell.
The spoof also includes appearances by fellow SportsCenter anchors Hannah Storm, Randy Scott, Sarina Morales, Kevin Negandhi, Jaymee Sire, Jay Harris, Cari Champion, David Lloyd and Elle Duncan. SC6 airs at 6 p.m. ET weekdays on ESPN.
