ESPN served as the top sponsor for the Association for Women in Sports Media conference at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort and Spa just outside of Austin, Texas. The organization, founded in 1987 and celebrating its 30th anniversary, serves as a support network and advocacy group for women in sports media and students interested in the field. Several ESPN commentators served on panels throughout the course of the event, which began Sunday and concluded Tuesday.
