ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball coverage featured the capper of a four-game series between the New York Yankees and the host Boston Red Sox. Behind stellar pitching from David Price, a home run from Mookie Betts and an amazing defensive play by Jackie Bradley Jr., the Red Sox beat the Yankees, 3-0 in the nightcap of a day-night doubleheader.
As the tweet above attests, the rivalry rates highly. On Aug. 13, SNB will feature the Red Sox at the Yankees (8 p.m. ET, ESPN). The network also announced the addition of the Aug. 6 meeting of the Los Angeles Dodgers at New York Mets to its SNB schedule.
