Ben Cafardo

I lead communications strategy and execution for ESPN’s NBA, MLB, FIBA and Little League World Series properties. You could say it’s truly a “dream job.” Prior to my CT-based ESPN career, I worked in communications at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney. I’m also proud to say I contributed to “Total Patriots” - an 800-page New England Patriots encyclopedia and was the coordinating producer for the documentary "Boston's Greatest Sports Stories: Beyond The Headlines." I’m originally from the Boston area, making me a passionate Red Sox, Celtics and Patriots fan. My father, Nick Cafardo, is the National Baseball Writer for The Boston Globe, so it could be said I’ve spent my entire life with the media. Most importantly, I’m blessed with a wonderful wife and son who make every day better than the last.
