Claire Duckworth

I joined ESPN as a member of the Communications Department in November 2014 after graduating from Columbia University in NYC with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. As a Content Information Coordinator at ESPN, I oversee our media website – ESPN MediaZone – and the TV Listings for ESPNU, SEC, Longhorn Network and other platforms. I also help out with the PR efforts for tennis and First Take. My love of sports – and competition in general – began at age 5 when my parents threw me in our pool in Scottsdale, Ariz.. That sparked my love of swimming and soon after I started competitively swimming and even through college. I am a lifelong Diamondbacks fan (still holding on to that 2001 World Series win…thanks Gonzo), Stanford football fan (as the child of two Stanford alum) and Broncos fan. BUT my favorite sporting event is still the Summer Olympics – when swimming gets its shoutout!
