Courtney Pollack

I joined ESPN in 2003 as a Broadcast Media Technology Specialist. Since then I have continued to work in Systems Engineering, where I am responsible for the installation of structured cabling, fiber optics, and AutoCAD documentation. I am currently the Co-Chair of ESPN EQUAL, ESPNs Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ employees, as well as Allys. In 2004, I became the first transgender employee at ESPN to transition on the job from male to female. Since then, I have made it a priority to contribute and educate others on workplace equality. I’m a proud parent of two amazing teenagers.
