Michael Symon of ‘The Chew’ feeds the College GameDay crew

Each Friday during the college football season, ESPN’s College GameDay road crew fires up the grills, smokers and whips out the carving knives to feed the popular Saturday morning college football pregame show’s crew. At this past week’s site in Tallahassee, Fla., Chef Michael Symon (@chefsymon) of The Chew — ABC’s popular, innovative and groundbreaking daytime series, which focuses on food, lifestyle and entertaining — paid a visit to the GameDay set to see what was on the menu.

After a fun-filled day of grocery shopping, cooking and laughs, Symon and the GameDay road crew fed over 80 staffers delicacies that included beef tenderloin, beer-can chicken, a selection of local seafood and other tasty vittles. Look for a segment from Symon’s visit to air on The Chew during the Friday, Oct. 12 episode.
