Props to @ESPN_ReceDavis @davidpollack47 @dannykanell @KirkHerbstreit for agreeing to not see Top25 rankings before they hit air. Pros.

The beauty of this 1st ranking.. It will be different next week and we'll have another debate about the new team from the SEC West..

#TCU ahead of #Baylor bugs me.TCU is better, but head 2 head has 2 matter if all else is equal.Until BU loses again, shld be ahead #CFP25

It seems to me that the Committee really values quality wins. FSU (ND), Auburn (K-St), Oregon (Mich St), Ole Miss (Bama) all have them.

6 of the top 10 will play at least one other top 10 team. These rankings don't matter. It's only the starting point.

Jeff Long to reporters in Dallas: Process was "more difficult than any of us expected." Difference between 1-loss teams "very slight."

Told that ESPN producers built graphics of CFP poll but didn't tell talent. First they saw it was same as us. Nice touch. Good show.

Watching @KirkHerbstreit @dannykanell and @davidpollack47 this is clear. Head to head important but teams evolve and get better.

Long on TCU-Baylor: "It goes back to who the teams have played at this point. Baylor has not had a strong schedule outside of win over TCU."

The only poll that matters is on Dec 7th. Their will be a lot of folks losing sleep on Dec 6th. Tough decisions ahead. Let the Playoff begin
