ESPN Delivered A Wide World Of Live Sports Productions This Weekend

The hallmark of the great anthology series ABC’s Wide World Of Sports was host Jim McKay’s voice-over introduction that promised to bring viewers “the constant variety of sport.”

Every day, on multiple platforms, ESPN embodies that Wide World Of Sports promise.

From Friday April 12 through Sunday April 14, that spirit was in evidence as ESPN remote productions were all over the map providing live sports coverage from far-flung venues.

In these photo galleries, Front Row provides a small sampling of behind-the-scenes vantage points at the various sites across the country.
