Former fiddler for The Band Perry, devoted football fan cherishing his ESPN dream jobs in the city that he loves, Nashville

Jason Fitz is a former country music star who joined ESPN in 2016 after establishing himself as radio sports talk show host in Nashville, Tenn.

With ESPN and ABC Network presenting the 2019 NFL Draft from country music’s mecca Thursday through Saturday, Fitz seems a natural “fit” to return to Nashville.

On Thursday and Friday, the former fiddler for The Band Perry will host Golic and Wingo on ESPN Radio from 6-10 a.m. ET – with simulcasts on ESPN2 and ESPNEWS – live from the West Club at Nissan Stadium. Mike Golic and Mike Golic Jr. will be joined both days by Fitz and guests.

Fitz and Golic Jr. will join Mina Kimes, Field Yates, Domonique Foxworth, Andrew Hawkins to provide on-site social coverage of Rounds 1-7.

In addition, Fitz’ interviews with country music icons who are football fans will run during ESPN and ABC coverage.
