ESPN welcomes the inaugural cohort to ESPN Next, the company’s premier leadership development program. On Monday, July 15, 21 production assistants began their ESPN careers. Each of them will be given a unique experience throughout the one-year program ranging from working within studio, event, and international business segments. The cohort will also learn and take part in contributing to other areas in the company.
