Tonight’s Washington Redskins-Dallas Cowboys game (8:15 p.m. ET, ESPN) marks the 16th meeting all-time between the longtime NFC East rivals on Monday Night Football. In the 45 seasons of MNF, only the Raiders versus Broncos rivalry has been played more often (17 meetings).

ESPN NFL analysts Mark Schlereth, a former Redskins guard, and Darren Woodson, an All-Pro Cowboys safety, played against one another in Washington-Dallas rivalry games five times from 1992-94, including two games on MNF (9/7/92: Washington won 23-10 in Dallas; 9/6/93: Dallas won 35-16 in D.C.).

In the video above, the Super Bowl champion players, along with NFL Live host Trey Wingo, share their memories of the rivalry with Front Row. They reflect on what it was like to be part of the visiting team, each club’s mystique, and more.
