ESPN’s John Skipper sinks his “V Throw,” challenges others to support cancer research

In memory of long-time ESPN commentator Stuart Scott, who passed away in January, ESPN President John Skipper participated in the V Throw Challenge to benefit The V Foundation for Cancer Research.

As the video shows, Skipper was joined by His & Hers co-hosts Michael Smith and Jemele Hill.

For his “V Throw,” Skipper buried a baby hook shot with Smith defending him – after receiving an entry pass from Hill.

For his “Starting Five,” Skipper chose to challenge NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, NBA Hall of Famer Magic Johnson, V Foundation Board Member and former WNBA President Donna Orender, ESPN NBA Countdown host Sage Steele and all fans of his and Scott’s alma mater, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
