Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) New England hosted its 2016 Evening of Excellence last Thursday at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf to honor members for their contributions to the industry. More than 30 ESPN employees were among those nominated. Anna Ciccone, remote crewing supervisor, received the President’s Award. Kristie Blasi, Stats & Information Group senior director, received the Leader of Change Award. “WICT New England is ever grateful for ESPN’s support of the chapter. It is a special honor and privilege to represent ESPN within WICT and to see such an extraordinary group of nominees,” said Laura Ausmus, ESPN senior business analyst and president of WICT New England.
