SportsCenter:AM’s Jay Harris looks forward to reporting from Parris Island

PARRIS ISLAND, S.C. – In the video above, SportsCenter:AM anchor Jay Harris, whose father and other family members served in the U.S. military, looks forward to Friday morning’s special edition of the program airing from the U.S. Marine base here.

Harris, Sage Steele – whose father Army Col. Gary Steele was a pioneering soldier at West Point – and Randy Scott will anchor the three-hour program beginning at 7 a.m. ET on ESPN.

Scott, the son of a Navy Admiral, reflects on co-hosting SportsCenter:AM from Parris Island here.
