FR QuickCast: Seven Minutes with Three Minutemen on eve of UMass-UConn

UMass’s 2018 homecoming is a week away in Amherst, Mass. but this Saturday will see a “Umie” homecoming take place in the ESPNU booth at UConn’s Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Conn. when the Minutemen face the Huskies for only the second time this millennium (Noon ET).

With UMass alum Mike Corey on play-by-play and UMass Hall of Fame running back Rene Ingoglia serving as color analyst, the booth will be tinged with maroon and white, but the partners promise to play it down the middle.

In the Front Row QuickCast above, Corey and Ingoglia discuss their always-objective play-calling, the historical significance of the UMass-UConn rivalry and the duo register their votes for best UMass athlete of all-time.

David Scott, also a UMass alum, produced the podcast.

ESPN’s Mike Corey (R) and Rene Ingoglia, UMass alumni, will call the Minutemen at UConn football game on Saturday on ESPNU (Noon, ET).
