Behind The Scenes

ESPN Goes to Disneyland Resort for Super Bowl LVI

As the hours tick down to Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals, ESPN’s presence at both Disneyland Resort and from the stadium shifts into high gear.

NFL Live was among the shows that got things started with its hourlong edition from Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, Calif., and will continue throughout the week at 4 p.m. ET. Multiple editions of SportsCenter (Noon, 6 p.m. and 11 p.m.) will have a presence from Disneyland Resort, as will First Take (10 a.m.), This Just In (2 p.m.) and additional ESPN shows.

Postseason NFL Countdown on Super Bowl Sunday will feature Suzy Kolber hosting from SoFi Stadium and Sam Ponder from Disneyland, as the show’s four-hour program features a dual-location setup.

In addition to unsurpassed coverage and insight on the big game, the week affords an opportunity for many of ESPN’s most recognizable commentators to enjoy some of the sights and sounds that can only be found at Disneyland.

This special photo gallery will be updated regularly as the final game of the 2021 NFL Season, Super Bowl LVI, nears.
