Five things to know about ESPN’s presentation of the 2026 CFP National Championship Presented by AT&T
College football’s finale has arrived, and ESPN is utilizing its signature MegaCast presentation to bring fans every second of the action from every angle. Both on the field and off, ESPN is making Monday’s title game a must-watch moment. Here are five things to know ahead of Championship Monday.
Coaches Film Room returns
After a four-year hiatus, fan favorite Coaches Film Room returns to the MegaCast. Set for ESPNU on Monday night, Zubin Mehenti hosts alongside former head coaches Steve Addazio, Dave Clawson, Gene Chizik and Mike Gundy, as well as rules analyst Jerry McGinn. The crew will be live from Bristol to provide unique insight and analysis surrounding Monday night’s matchup.

High SkyCast goes all the way up
Giving fans a birds’ eye view of the action on the field, the High SkyCast angle will take viewers to the top of the spires at Hard Rock Stadium. Set 357 feet in the air, the camera will be rigged to the spires but also able to glide into Hard Rock for live action and atmospheric angles.

Field Pass activates ACCN action
Since the CFP Quarterfinals, ACC Network has provided a Field Pass viewing option as part of ESPN’s overall MegaCast presentation. Field Pass with ACC Huddle has given Miami fans the chance to truly dive in to each round with an ACC-centric lens. The ACC Huddle crew, including host and Fort Lauderdale native Taylor Tannebaum alongside analysts Eric Mac Lain, Eddie Royal and Jimbo Fisher have been joined by Miami legends such as Ray Lewis, Michael Irvin, Cam Ward, Gino Torretta, Antrel Rolle, Edgerrin James and Calais Campbell.
A$AP Rocky ramps up CFP soundtrack
ESPN is elevating its College Football Playoff coverage through a collaboration with A$AP Rocky, the multi-hyphenated artist, entrepreneur, actor and fashion icon. Two tracks from his forthcoming fourth studio album, Don’t Be Dumb, have been featured across ESPN’s College Football Playoff creative throughout the final two rounds of the CFP. Before Monday’s title game featuring his music, Rocky will perform on Saturday Night Live. Hear more from Kevin Wilson, Creative Director of ESPN Music, on how this collab came together.
WWE and ESPN title belt makes official debut
ESPN has teamed up with WWE to create a custom WWE x ESPN CFP National Championship Title Belt, a one-of-a-kind piece inspired by host city Miami and featuring the outline of Hard Rock Stadium, palm trees, and college football-inspired design elements, including 136 diamonds representing each Division I FBS program, along with two shields representing Miami and Indiana. The belt will be on display for fans to take photos and interact with at the ESPN CFP x WWE activation at Playoff Fan Central at the Miami Beach Convention Center from January 16-18, and one lucky fan will also have the chance to win it through an official ESPN sweepstakes.
