What was the best example of your division’s teamwork in 2015?
I think pulling off a terrific celebration for Mike & Mike’s 15th anniversary was a great example of our folks working together — TV with Radio, and Radio with the Wide World of Sports staff at Walt Disney World. It was fun and energetic with incredible guests and tributes before a packed house down there. It wouldn’t happen without folks coming together and working as a team.

What was the most “social” moment of 2015?
In terms of pure fun and comedy, Sarah Spain’s rap on The Dan Le Batard Show was the hands down winner! But in terms of big social engagement, execution of the social campaign around the 15th anniversary of the Mike & Mike show was tops, from fan engagement to a trip giveaway.

What excites you most about 2016?
The whole new weekend lineup with fresh voices and diverse backgrounds gets me excited about 2016. These voices are a big part of our future. I am also excited about where our digital growth will take us. I look forward to the team breaking new partnerships and coming up with an even more exciting menu of podcasting that comes from all nooks and crannies of the organization.
