On Tuesday, ESPN played host to UFC light heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones.
Fresh off a successful title defense against Lyoto Machida, Jones participated in the Bristol “Car Wash”: He juggled the above appearance on SportsCenter with interviews with ESPN The Magazine, ESPN Mobile, Dan LeBatard Is Highly Questionable, ESPN.com chat, and a date with SportsNation.
In the video above, Jones and SportsCenter anchor John Buccigross “tangle” in a mock demonstration of the champ’s “standing guillotine,” as co-anchor Chris McKendry described it.
The move helped Jones end his duel with Machida in Toronto last weekend.
