Can you tell me what time Hank Goldberg will be on ESPN on Sundays with his NFL picks for the week? – Carolyn
Hammerin’ Hank Goldberg makes his picks on the Sunday edition of SportsCenter between 8 and 10 a.m. ET. Most often his prognostications air toward the back end of the 8 a.m. hour, but it can vary. As we enter Week 3 of the NFL season, here’s a look back at Hank’s preseason picks.

Is there any way you can tell me what brand of tie NFL analyst Keyshawn Johnson was wearing on the Sept. 9 Sunday NFL Countdown? (see screen shot at right) – Bridgette
We caught up with Keyshawn and found out he was wearing a tie from designer Tom Ford on that edition of Countdown. If Keyshawn ever goes with the bow-tie look, we’re confident NBA analyst Bruce Bowen can offer advice.

Any plans to bring back the telecasts of SportsCenter with the behind-the-scenes view? – Mike
Mike, no plans at this time. You are referring to This Is SportsCenter, a live two-hour program on ESPN that overlapped with the 11 p.m. SportsCenter on ESPN2, allowing viewers to watch the news and highlights of the day while simultaneously viewing what was happening behind the scenes of the show.

This is SportsCenter, which first aired on July 29, 2003, gave viewers an inside look at how an episode of SportsCenter was created, from the day’s initial production meeting to writing and researching in the newsroom, all the way through showtime, with insider glimpses and control room access as SportsCenter aired live on ESPN2. A similar show ran on July 21, 2005.

SportsCenter, of course, recently aired its 50,000th episode. Read Front Row’s behind-the-scenes look at the landmark program, including an interview with John Colby, the man who wrote the SportsCenter theme.

Are you going to sell the airbrushed Matthew Stafford T-Shirt in the Monday Night Football commercial? Please say you are going to sell these! – Paul
No doubt it’s a fabulous (bib-worthy) t-shirt, but sorry, Paul, no plans to sell them. The Fan Central staff would already have several if it was available! For those who haven’t seen the spot, it seems the Lions quarterback has the Player of the Week Award locked up (celebrating, in part, by wearing the aforementioned air-brished awesomeness). However, Packers signal caller Aaron Rodgers puts on a great MNF performance, proving once again that “It all comes down to Monday night.” Fittingly, Rodgers and the Pack are playing this Monday night in Seattle against the Seahawks (8:30 p.m., ESPN). We’ll see whose balloon gets popped this week.
