Mike & Mike’s “Werner Ladder Bracket Challenge” comes to an odiferous conclusion

An 11-year tradition for Mike & Mike of ESPN Radio came to a close Wednesday, April 9, as the Mikes, Greenberg and Golic, participated in their final “Werner Ladder Bracket Challenge” and the very public “pay-off” for the losing prognosticator. The bracket loser was – for the fourth year in a row – Greeny.

This year’s Mike & Mike March Madness wager, “Best of the Bets,” took place on ESPN’s Campus Green, and featured fan favorites from past years — eyebrow waxing, dressing up and singing a Vanilla Ice song, competitive pizza eating and milking a cow, which came to an unexpectedly early finish.

His reaction: “That was awesome. Awesome. I mean, the greatest thing about it is that Stink [Mark Schlereth] asked for it. Schlereth actually said, ‘I hope Vanessa [the cow] relieves herself.’ And she did.”
