Party over here: How GameDay gets it started

“We should have a house party.”

Those are the words uttered at the start of the opening for College GameDay Covered by State Farm. The one-hour show, which airs every week from schools across the country, discusses the latest storylines and biggest news, with a little fun thrown in the mix.

Take a behind-the-scenes look at the “house party” that is GameDay. Discover what host Rece Davis, and analysts Jay Bilas, Seth Greenberg and Jay Williams, and producer Aaron Katzman love most about working on the traveling college basketball show.

ESPN’s Champ Week coverage tips off today, Feb. 28, and continues through Sunday, March 11. The industry-leading slate includes 354 men’s and women’s conference championship games across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNEWS, SEC Network, ESPN3 and ACC Network Extra.

College GameDay will continue into the postseason, with a special edition of the show from the New York Life ACC Tournament in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Saturday, March 10, ahead of the championship game (8:30 p.m., ESPN).
