Ryen Russillo has reached a new agreement to remain with ESPN and expand upon his current role. He will continue with his weekly The Russillo Show podcast.
In addition, he will appear on select studio shows including SportsCenter, The Jump and Get Up!.
Russillo shared his thoughts on expanding his current ESPN role.
“I’m really happy about how this has all worked out. Without Connor Schell [Executive Vice President, Content] and Rob Savinelli [Vice President, Talent] I’m not sure this would even be possible, to continue my employment at ESPN.
“I’ve enjoyed LA, the [ESPN] podcast has been great and I look forward to coming back East occasionally to visit Will Cain.
“This schedule also allows me to continue working on my screenplays and 3-5 pointless lunches a week.”
Russillo will also periodically contribute to The Ringer.
