Growing up in Syracuse, NY, my love for sports came early. Trudging through the snow and up the “hill” to the Carrier Dome to watch Syracuse football and basketball was a religion. After moving to New York City to attend NYU, a Division III school without a football team, I was lost. Thankfully I found the Giants, and then the Knicks, and most importantly, the Yankees. I’ll never forget the 2000 Subway Series, and the intoxicating electricity of the city and its sports fans during that time. I made my way to Connecticut and ESPN in August 2011, first as an assistant in Production, and now supporting multiple sports and departments including Soccer, E:60, the Features Unit and Creative Content Unit. You can still find me at least once a year marching through the snow, up that hill to the Dome.
