Before watching the 2018 NBA Draft tonight, enjoy these flashbacks to King James' first moments as a pro

On June 26, 2003, high school phenom LeBron James officially joined the NBA when the Cleveland Cavaliers made him the No. 1 overall draft selection.

Front Row has clipped the vintage 2003 NBA Draft video from ESPN’s archives: Watch then-NBA Commissioner David Stern announce the selection and welcome James to the NBA in the video above; in the video below, James is interviewed for the first time on ESPN as an official member of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
